The staff was extremely friendly. the location near all the tourist spots, restaurants, and a great new coffee shop was favorable. - the bed was comfortable. - I liked the nice size and themed room. - the bathroom was big. - the free parking was on-site, a special service.

I didn't feel like leaving and will be returning here soon. A nice size and themed room, it had comfortable bed. The hotel staff were very informative and helpful.

Good and handy location adjacent to downtown and freeway and a great new coffee shop, Loyal Coffee and all the tourist spots, I felt safe. I visited Cork & Cask minutes away from the venue for a few drinks.

The service here is outstanding, with convenient onsite parking, incredibly spacious and well-decorated rooms that feature comfortable beds, ensuring a great night's sleep, in an ideal location close to everything.

We were looking for basic accommodations for one night. This motel was exactly that. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed linens and towels were fresh. The owners were friendly and helpful. Amenities included a microwave and small fridge, tv and wifi. The water temperature fluctuates a bit, but the shower can be hand-held and the spray can be adjusted to pulsating. Coffee is available in the office, no in-room coffee maker. There are laundry facilities. The atmosphere is homey.

The room at Modern Motel was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was extremely comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the convenient location, which was close to various attractions and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The motel had old school keys for the rooms, which I found convenient. The location was also great, with easy access to downtown and the freeway. Additionally, I enjoyed the fact that the motel offered free on-site parking.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. The room was in severe need of updating, and the beds were uncomfortable.
